Fractional CFO | Multi Site Fitness Brand | 1 day per week | Outside IR35Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Harmonic are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a scale up in the fitness industry as they look for a fractional CFO to support in an exciting growth phase. This newly created role will be a one day a week position, on a 6 month contract with potential to extend, sitting Outside IR35.The client:This founder led business have made a real name for themselves in the fitness / gym space, offering a fantastic level of bespoke service to their clients thus really establishing their respected industry presence. With turnover at circa 10 million and headcount sitting just over 100, this is a tight knit organisation with a shared love and pride of the business and their offerings.This is an exciting period given the desire to grow the business, with a specific plan now to acquire new sites, and continue expanding their presence across London. There is a common goal mentality throughout, and a friendly, sociable culture retained since inception.The role:Working closely with the founder and senior leadership team, this role will be highly strategic and commercial in nature, with high levels of influence on offer. With an established Financial Controller in place, this CFO position will focus on partnering with the founder and directors on enabling their strategic vision, as well as supporting on FP&A.Duties:Overseeing the FP&A function as well as leading on budgeting, forecasting and providing key financial analysisHandling the financial modelling, creating and remodelling when necessarySupporting with commercial and strategic expertise especially with regards to the future launching of new sitesFocusing on cash flow management across the businessAd hoc project based support to improve and drive efficiencies across finance functionEssential skills:Experience in multi site environment (hospitality/co-working/gyms/cinemas/retail/venues)Fully qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA / ICAS / ICAEW)Bonus skills:Previous experience in fitness industryDay Rate: 700 - 900 per day (Outside IR35)Start date: ASAPLocation: London in office presence requiredIf this is something of interest, please get in touch with your CV at matt.horsfall@harmonicfinance.com or give me a call on 0203 773 3530At Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
