And were looking for someone who shares that passion.What Youll Be DoingLeading the day-to-day management of the dementia communityEmbedding Hallmarks relationship-centred dementia strategy at every levelCoaching and developing team members to deliver truly exceptional careSupporting families and helping them become partners in their loved ones careBuilding strong local links and representing Hallmark within the dementia communityEnsuring compliance with CQC standards and Hallmarks quality frameworkManaging assessments, care planning, audits, recruitment, and complianceWho You AreYou are a passionate advocate for dementia care, with proven experience in managing dementia services in residential or nursing care settings.
