This is a unique opportunity to work in an environment where maintaining optimal environmental conditions is as vital as preserving the art itself.What Youll DoAs Site Supervisor, youll be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical building maintenance services from planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to technical troubleshooting and subcontractor management. Youll lead a team of skilled engineers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining the high standards our client expects.Youll also:Oversee day-to-day maintenance of all mechanical and electrical building systems, including BMS, heating & cooling systems, AHUs, humidifiers, LV electrical distribution services & lighting, drainage, water treatment, security systems, and life safety systemsManage a small team and liaise with subcontractors and specialist service providersAct as the primary technical contact for the client, representing Dalkia with professionalism and a solutions-first approachEnsure critical environmental conditions are maintained for artwork preservationSupport on-site events and minor project works as neededCommunicate with clients, be responsive to their needs and aims and exceed expectations.Were Looking ForYoure someone who thrives in a high-responsibility environment, with a background in building services and team leadership.
