Content & CRM Lead Wellness Tech Up to 55,000 + Bonus Hybrid (London)Our client, a fast-growing wellness tech company, develops world class health apps and is looking for a Content & CRM Lead to take full ownership of their CRM and content strategy and delivery. Its a close-knit team where people support each other and take pride in their meaningful work.As Content and CRM Lead, youll manage the end to end process for all CRM activity from planning and building campaigns to testing, performance tracking and ongoing optimisation. You'll focus on email, push notifications and in-app messaging, ensuring every touchpoint supports the user journey and lifecycle goals. Creative writing ability is a must as you will be managing the content calendar, segmenting audiences, setting up A/B tests and working with data to refine campaigns. Youll also lead on platform setup and improvements, helping shape how CRM is used across the business. Youll have space to bring your own ideas and play a key role in shaping how the company communicates with users at every stage of their journey.Were looking for someone with at least 3 years experience working in CRM or lifecycle marketing within app platforms with strong content writing abilty. Youll need hands on experience using CRM and email platforms, a solid understanding of audience segmentation and a confident approach to A/B testing and performance analysis.
