At Appetite, were championing the people behind the plates - giving restaurants a platform to connect directly with diners and deliver more exceptional dining experiences.Were now looking for a London-based Account Manager to join our growing Partnerships team and take the lead on managing relationships with restaurants across the city.What you'll be doing..As an Account Manager, youll be the key contact for a portfolio of restaurant partners on Appetite Premium - helping them make the most of their presence on the platform and drive real, measurable value.Youll build strong, consultative relationships, run regular performance check-ins, and offer strategic advice to help partners optimise their campaigns, boost visibility, and ultimately drive more covers.Youll be responsible for:Owning and growing relationships with a portfolio of restaurants, ensuring theyre supported, engaged, and seeing performance improvements over timeLeading onboarding, performance reviews and regular check-ins, making sure partners are set up for success from day oneOptimising each partners profile - advising on photos, drops, offers and content strategy to drive bookings and engagementCollaborating with internal teams (Product & Marketing) to ensure partners get what they need - and that their feedback shapes what we build nextUsing data to drive decisions, present results, and spot opportunities to improve outcomesTracking your portfolio and progress through Pipedrive and NotionSpotting upsell and expansion opportunities, and playing a key role in increasing overall partner retention and valueThis is a true account management role - consultative, relationship-led and impact-focused. Your goal is to help our restaurant partners grow through Appetite.You're someone who...Has 3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or a similar commercial role - ideally in hospitality, tech, SaaS or mediaIs confident managing a portfolio of partners - with a track record of driving retention, engagement, and account growthHas strong communication and relationship-building skills, and knows how to build trust quickly with restaurant operators and decision-makersEnjoys problem-solving and getting hands-on to help partners succeedIs highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentUnderstands hospitality - and ideally has a passion for restaurants and the food sceneWants to be part of an early-stage company where your work has real impact, and where no two days are the sameThe Perks As a small startup, we value our team being in the office (Hoxton).
