The candidate will be required to competently complete marketing tasks ranging from social media management, paid advertising, to email marketing, and will showcase a keen interest in excelling the marketing practises within the companies. Candidates must have prior marketing experience and a a basic knowledge of guitars/wider music industry is preferred, but not necessary.Job Tasks:Distribute content across all social media platformsEdit and repurpose long-form content into short-form videos for social mediaAssist in creating and producing marketing contentManage and optimise paid advertising campaignsDesign engaging graphics for marketing materials and social mediaPlan and coordinate content shoots for Presenters in line with marketing objectivesMonitor and engage with comments across social media channelsManage and execute email marketing campaignsConduct market research and competitor analysisCreate marketing materials for the website and handle basic website updatesRequirements:Previous marketing experienceProficient with social media platforms and latest market trendsEnjoys a fast-paced, forward-thinking environmentAble to commute to our studio in Brierly Hill, West MidlandsAble to work independentlyLiterate and competent spellerAble to communicate and feedback to senior managementCompetent with operating audio and visual equipment (cameras, microphones, mobile phones, and similar)Salary & Hours:Full-time position or apprenticeship available, dependant on experience level40 hours per week (9am-6pm Monday & Thursday, 9am-4.30pm Tuesday & Wednesday, 9am-4pm Friday)8-16/hour wage based on experience, and if position offered is full-time or an apprenticeshipAll computer, audio, and visual equipment will be provided
