You will lead commercial opportunities from initial sourcing through to final execution, working closely with our global team. In this client-facing position, you will be responsible for originating new business, cultivating and managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.ResponsibilitiesClient Sourcing & Deal Generation: Identify and engage prospective clients (companies) to generate a steady pipeline of investment opportunitiesInitial Screening: Conduct preliminary assessments, including calls and meetings with C-suite executives, to evaluate potential clients.Coordination & Communication: Act as a key liaison between prospective clients and the investment team, ensuring seamless due diligence and execution of transactions.Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with sponsors and key stakeholdersCRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system.Negotiation and closing: Lead the negotiation process with prospective clients up to the closing stage.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience at a top-tier financial institution with a focus on investments: Debt/Credit provider, Venture Capital, Debt AdvisoryMinimum 8 years of experience in a client-facing roles: origination, relationship management, sponsors coverageProven track record in sourcing and closing debt/equity transactionsDrive, ambition, and an ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentAt least two years of previous experience as a financial analyst- Must HaveExperience in and understanding of the growth-stage tech landscape#J-18808-Ljbffr
