You will handle a wide range of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property disputes. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.Requirements include a minimum of 10 years' PQE in commercial litigation, with a strong understanding of commercial law and litigation procedures.
