The position will sit as part of their highly regarded Employment Department, focused on providing immigration advice to both corporate organisations and HNW private individuals.Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.This is a rare opportunity for someone keen to develop an immigration practice within a highly regarded multi-service practice.Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:Act as main point of contact for a range of clients regarding immigration queriesProvide advice to corporations on the Skilled Worker/Global Mobility visa category and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management SystemVisit client sites to provide training and undertake audits on immigration compliance and employment law implicationsAct as a subject matter expert for wider firm on all immigration topicsAdvise HNW private clients regarding current immigration legislationCoordinate with wider firm practice areas to offer multi-faceted approachActively participate in business development, driving new firm initiativesYou will be a:Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in UK corporate immigration law.Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify potential commercial opportunities and cross-sell firm services.Ability to build strong client relationships is also key as you will provide a main point of contact service to a range of high profile clients.Subject matter expert for all immigration queriesProven track record within business development; with ability to demonstrate generating revenues on a consistent basisThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Immigration Associate interested in developing an immigration practice, with a potential route to partnership.
