The role will play an important part in continuing the success of the department and aid in its expansion. Initially you will work closely with the Senior Director, whilst having the opportunity to manage your own client relationships from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial properties for institutional and international clientsLead junior team members and support wider business operationsHandle lease events, tenant communications, and client reportingMonitor service charge budgets, arrears, and financial reportingSupport business development and cross-sell opportunitiesLiaise with Facilities Managers, Helpdesk, and internal teamsAbout YouIdeally MRICS qualified (albeit not essential) with experience in commercial property managementStrong understanding of leases, L&T legislation, and office market trendsSkilled in client-facing roles and team managementConfident with property accounting and service charge processesThe role could be based from Leeds OR Manchester City Centres and manage properties around the Yorkshire and North West Regions.
