They combine operational rigour with a strong customer focus and are committed to hiring people who take pride in doing things properly.About the RoleYoull be responsible for managing a regional portfolio of student homes, overseeing everything from lettings and move-ins to maintenance coordination, compliance, and tenant experience. This is a hands-on role where youll be expected to keep things running smoothly and spot opportunities to improve how the portfolio performs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage lettings cycles, move-ins, and property handoversOversee maintenance coordination, refurbishments, and presentation standardsHandle escalated issues such as arrears, complaints, and council tax queriesSupport and liaise with internal teams, site staff, and regional leadershipOnboard new properties into the portfolio and ensure compliance is maintainedMonitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to your Regional ManagerContribute to the successful delivery of summer operations, including large-scale move-insSuggest and support improvements to internal systems and processesWhat Were Looking ForExperience managing student accommodation, BTR, HMO, or residential property portfoliosStrong organisational and communication skillsAble to manage multiple properties and tasks at once, particularly during peak seasonsDetail-focused and confident using tech and property systemsA proactive, calm, and solutions-oriented mindsetFull UK driving licence is desirable but not essentialWhy Apply?This role offers more than day-to-day property management.
