Dedicated to producing bespoke and custom pickups for private and corporate customers and maintaining our white van fleet. Our modern, purpose-built facility offers excellent working conditions and state-of-the-art equipment. We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer/Panel Beater to join our small, dynamic team.What youll be doing:Restoring vehicle bodywork and frames to manufacturer standardsAssessing damage and planning effective repairsPreparing surfaces and applying high-quality paint finishesPrioritising repairs and reworks efficientlyCollaborating in a fast-paced, supportive workshop environmentMentoring and supporting apprentices as they develop their skillsWhat youll need:Proven experience in panel beating and spray paintingNVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 or ATA qualifiedWelding certification (preferred but not essential)Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skillsWhat we offer:Location: WiganSalary: Competitive + overtime paid at time and a halfBenefits: Paid annual leave, company pension scheme and more!Hours: Mon-Thurs: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM | Fri: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (40 hours per week)
