Clients include global developers, institutional investors, sovereign entities, and major contractors.Youll gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious construction work. On the advisory side, youll be involved in procurement strategy, contract drafting and negotiation (including NEC and FIDIC forms), and lifecycle risk management. On the disputes side, youll support clients through complex, high-value proceedings across litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and alternative dispute resolution.
