This is a full-time, on-site role, and candidates must be available to work in Lowestoft five days a week.About the RoleYou will play a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the construction site by handling administration, coordinating logistics, supporting health 'safety processes, and acting as a key communication point between internal teams and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage site administration, document control, and communicationOrganize meetings, take minutes, and maintain site recordsSupport site safety efforts by coordinating training records and assisting with QHSE complianceTrack team absences, manage the site calendar, and assist with purchasing and finance tasksArrange travel, manage supplies, PPE orders, and maintain accurate registriesDeliver ad hoc administrative support to construction and site management teamsWhat Youll BringStrong administrative experience, ideally in a construction or site-based settingExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management toolsFamiliarity with health 'safety protocols in constructionA proactive, flexible approach and ability to manage competing tasksImportant Note: This position requires full-time attendance at the Lowestoft site (Monday to Friday).
