The Role This is a hands-on opportunity to work with the newest Salesforce AI tools from Copilot and Agentforce to Einstein AI . As a Salesforce AI Specialist , youll help design and deliver intelligent, AI-powered solutions that transform how organisations sell, service, and support customers. Youll work alongside architects, consultants, and data experts to bring advanced AI features to life while also having the chance to mentor, influence, and stay ahead of the rapidly evolving Salesforce AI ecosystem. What Youll Do Design and deliver AI-powered customer solutions using Salesforce Copilot, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder and beyond. Shape intelligent automation and predictive workflows across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Communication Cloud. Work directly with delivery teams to implement next-gen Salesforce AI capabilities , from model selection to prompt engineering. Provide internal SME-level advice on AI governance, use cases, risk, and compliance. Support training and capability-building across the team to scale AI fluency. Stay at the cutting edge of Salesforce AI innovation and help define whats next. What Were Looking For Proven experience delivering AI or automation solutions on the Salesforce platform. Deep familiarity with tools like Einstein Scoring, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder , and generative AI use cases. Understanding of the Einstein Trust Layer , responsible AI practices, and data privacy frameworks. Salesforce AI certifications (e.g. Agentforce Specialist) a strong plus. Strong communicator able to bridge technical and non-technical conversations confidently. Passion for AI, innovation, and hands-on solution design.
