This is a great fit for someone with a strong digital portfolio in fashion or lifestyle sectors and a sharp eye for detail.Key Requirements:Senior or confident midweight designer with CRM/email experienceStrong digital design background in eCommerce environmentsHighly proficient in Figma and confident creating responsive, mobile-first designKPI-driven with a strategic understanding of customer journeysExperience across fashion, lifestyle, or retail brandsConfident leading on decks, design flows, and campaign executionNot suitable for:Designers leaning heavily into art or brand direction over UI/UX and performance
