Senior Account Executive needed:Clean-Tech/Tech for Good!Up to £90k with a £140k OTE (year one)3 days in office – Leatherhead/ 2 days from home This truly is an awesome opportunity for a high-performing, proven Account Executive who wants to make a real impact in a business that has the ambition and potential to have a huge global impact!You will be joining an award-winning Clean-Tech business on a mission to decarbonise the cold chain (the transporting of cold goods).How are they doing this? The business has naturally got a lot of attention and has one key award’s such as: 2024 Technological Breakthrough Award from the Cold Chain FederationA place in The Sunday Times 2024 & 2025 Best Places to WorkAbout the Role:This is a vital hire for the business and a role that offers clear and rapid growth!You will originally be joining as an Individual Contributor, but with plans to move this hire into Sales Leadership within 12 months, where you will be trusted with managing the other AE’s. Job overview:The Senior Account Executive will build and own relationships with key customer accounts to drive sales revenue from large high-value Enterprise level accounts. Key responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (virtually and in person): lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, submitting proposals/tenders, and closing deals via different sales and marketing channels.Maintain a healthy customer pipeline, take ownership of your target sectors and regularly report progress to the wider business.Create and present detailed customer proposals to secure trial agreements and pre-orders.Develop customer decision trees and build professional and personal relationships with all decision makers and influencers to navigate complex sales processes.Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through networking, warm calling, and targeted outreach to key decision-makers.Lead multi million pound negotiations for contracts, agreements, and partnerships, ensuring favourable terms and conditions while mitigating risks.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This involves hosting customer events & attending industry events.Collaborate with our marketing team and agency to generate inbound leads, develop sales materials and foster relationships.Build partnerships with relevant industry bodies, customer suppliers, consultants and influencers to facilitate the the sales process.Qualifications & experience:A minimum of 4 years’ of enterprise sales experience, managing all aspects of a full sales cycle.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and business development goals.Previous experience in achieving success in selling a new-to-market product or service.Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools.Ability to travel in the UK and internationally to drive expansion.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.Strong background in maintaining accurate records of all sales contracts, including amendments, addendums, and correspondence related to contract negotiations.Our benefits 30 days of annual leave (includes a Wellbeing Day)Sabbatical (after 3 years of working)5 free counselling sessions per yearFamily leave ranging from 4 weeks to 4 monthsFree Monthly Lunches & Quarterly Socials!Cycle to Work Scheme
