We embrace diversity and believe in treating everyone equally to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities to grow, develop and progress in their careers.Job DescriptionPortico is currently recruiting for a hands-on Office Coordinator (Senior Community Housekeeper) to join our team at the London offices of a world-renowned bank.The Senior Community Housekeeper is a unique role, focused on the presentation of the office, and has a significant part to play in helping our team deliver an exceptional customer experience for all internal and external visitors, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standard.This includes resetting meeting rooms, restocking pantries and stationery hubs, and keeping noticeboards up to date. They will ensure all desks and flexible working spaces are ready for colleagues the next day, as well as raising issues or faults through the helpdesk and working closely with suppliers to resolve ongoing issues.While this is a very hands-on role, the Senior Community Housekeeper will also have operational and line management responsibilities, including:Managing two part-time housekeepers, including payroll, scheduling, HR, recruitment, onboarding, and training, in coordination with the Community Manager.Monitoring standards, conducting spot checks, and providing feedback and training as needed.Coordinating resources, managing leave requests, and creating rotas to meet business needs.Building partnerships with cleaning and engineering suppliers through regular communication.Collaborating with Community Hosts to deliver impeccable spaces for clients.Being a friendly, helpful face for office visitors.Hours: 40 hours per week, 12pm-9pm, Monday to Friday.Salary: £35,000QualificationsExperience in hotel services or managing private residences, such as a house manager or Butler, is desirable.Office management experience is beneficial but not essential.Candidates must:Have high attention to detailPossess strong English and communication skillsHave strong management and supervisory skillsMaintain excellent personal presentationHave solid IT knowledge for communication and job trackingAdditional InformationBenefits include:Excellent holiday allowancePension contributionsLife insuranceEnhanced annual leaveRecommend a Friend Bonus SchemeThank you voucher scheme24-hour employee helpline for counseling and informationAccess to discounts and benefits platformTraining and development opportunities through our Training Academy#J-18808-Ljbffr
