You'll be working on a brand new product line, developing and trialling new recipes, ensuring they're cost-effective, operationally sound, and ready for market.Key Responsibilities: Develop and test brand new food concepts in the kitchen and factory Support factory trials and capture critical data Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Ops, Packaging, Finance) Manage samples for testing and customer feedbackWhat You Bring: Food Science or related degree with some strong industry experience Hands-on NPD or Process experience ( minimum 2- 3 years ) Organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator Confidence!
