Do you have a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with complex health needs?We are seeking a Deputy Manager (with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar setting) to join our Clients team in leading their new specialist childrens nursing home. They provide high-quality, holistic care to children with a range of complex medical needs in a warm, nurturing, and family-centred environment.The successful individual will take the lead in the overall day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff development, and the highest standards of care.
