An exciting digital-first business in London is looking for a Conversion Manager to drive performance-led optimisation across customer journeys and acquisition funnels. Location: Manchester Office Policy: Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week on siteContract Length: 6 Months Start Date: ASAPSalary: 70,000 - 80,000 per annum The JobLead performance-focused CRO initiatives across acquisition and retention journeysBuild, run and analyse AB and multivariate tests, landing pages and personalised content flowsUse heuristics, UX/UI insight and performance data to design conversion-optimised experiencesOwn key funnel metrics and work with teams across marketing and product to improve themDeliver a roadmap of scalable experiments aimed at increasing new and returning customer conversionWork cross-functionally with SEO, media, affiliates and CRM to align conversion tactics with channel plansForecast test outcomes and contribute insights into high-level business reportingMust be able to travel internationally (up to 10%)You5+ years' experience in CRO or performance marketingStrong track record of building, running and scaling test programmesDeep understanding of user journeys, digital behaviours and what drives actionHands-on experience with CRO platforms such as Optimizely, Unbounce or similarData-literate and confident interpreting analytics into commercially relevant insightComfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-moving environmentMust have UK or EU work and travel rightsAmy BrownReady to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.Executive Consultant Sphere Digital Recruitment currently has a variety of job opportunities across digital so feel free to get in touch with us to find out how we can help you.
