Reporting into the Senior Manager of Lateral Recruitment and Professional Develop, youll support on a variety of recruitment administration tasks assisting with all aspects of the teams day-to-day operations.Partner Recruitment Coordinator Key Responsibilities:Track the life cycle of candidates for reporting purposes and maintain filing for candidates in line with the firms GDPR guidelinesPrimary day-to-day responsibility for managing recruitment database ensuring accuracyManage the recruiting calendar, facilitating a high volume of interviews, circulating invitations, tracking attendance etc.Prepare correspondence for the team and assist with due diligence processesHandle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentialityTake ownership of tasks and work well independently as well as effectively within a fast-paced environmentPartner Recruitment Coordinator Skills & Requirements:Previous administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environmentPrevious experience with Partner Recruitment highly desiredProficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and basic knowledge of PowerPoint ExcelMust be willing to attend firm coordinated events and programmes to network with lawyers and business services staffFlexibility to work overtime as needed
