You will be reporting to the Commercial Director, and you will manage the internal sales functions, and support current customers with queries and specifications whilst working alongside side operations and the estimating team.Internal Sales Manager responsibilitiesAchieve agreed sales targets.Manage, nurture, and grow existing and new accounts.Customer contact and care through communication and visits (when needed).The Internal Sales Manager will work with clients on:Technical support where and when appropriatePreparation of quotes/samplingLiaising with various manufacturing units (Operations, Customer Service, Estimating, Production & Finance)Customer visits when required.Working alongside the customer service team to ensure customer support is maintained at the highest levelKnowledge and ExperienceIdeally, knowledge of Building materials and processes, although training will be provided.Strong communication skills both written and oralCompetence in IT is essentialSelf-disciplined and a strong desire to achieveProven commercial instinct and abilityThe ability to work under pressure and achieve targets and deadlinesEssential to function both as an individual and part of a teamInternal Sales Manager Package:33,000 - 38,000Yearly BonusTraining, development, and progression Comprehensive training programmeInternal Sales Manager experience:Sales experience 3+ years essential Construction or Building Materials experience essential AutoCAD advantageous Strong communication (Written and oral) essential
