Role Overview:Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Desk Based Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients, fostering relationships, and driving growth through cross-selling and referrals. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for telecoms and IT, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.Key Responsibilities:Manage and nurture relationships with an established customer base.Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.Seek and develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in account management, preferably within the telecoms or IT sector.Strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.What We Offer:Competitive salary 26,000-32,000 + OTE 40k-48k.
