As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, enhancing risk management, and supporting the companys continued expansion across global markets.Key Responsibilities:Lead all financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activitiesManage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations in a trading environmentProvide strategic insight to support trading decisions and business growthDrive fundraising, debt structuring, and capital restructuring initiativesEnsure robust regulatory compliance and best-in-class financial governanceAct as a key liaison with banks, investors, auditors, and external stakeholdersKey Requirements:Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader within a commodity trading firmStrong understanding of trading P&L, risk, and funding structuresIn-depth knowledge of exotic products and derivativesExperience in banking or private equity, with a strong track record in fundraising and complex capital/debt structuringStrategic thinker with strong leadership and board-level influenceACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalentThis is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in a high-growth, entrepreneurial trading business.
