Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will be a key member of the team, putting the customer at the heart of all you do. This regional role will focus on formulating asset strategies, driving value from a growing estate through optimisation alongside day-to-day management of our portfolio. The role requires working with landlords, tenants, construction teams, FM, and consultants to deliver property solutions for our estate and to support retail operations. "Let's find out about you" With hybrid working, ideally live in the south of the UK but with the ability to travel to Leeds Home Office when needed. Three days a week to be spent in site or in an agreed Asda Hub. Landlord, consultancy, or occupier background. Estate Management, L&T, and/or transactional experience.
