Ensure building safety compliance and construction oversight. Manage technical and professional services, including surveyors and architects. Handle property and facilities management across HRA and corporate estates. Lead regulatory services such as development management (LPA), trading standards, environmental health, food safety, licensing, private sector housing, building control, and more.
