A critical role is that of a Process Associate, who mentors and guides associates to meet customer expectations by following standard work practices, with safety and quality in mind.This role will be based in Ahmedabad only.Key Job ResponsibilitiesGraduate with 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter attitude.Good people management skills.Additional Responsibilities for Team Lead RolePart of planning and executing the launch of the FC, then ramping up the site to required processing capacity.Managing end-to-end operations for a 3P-operated pantry FC, overseeing inbound, outbound, and ICQA operations.Meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets, safety, and team morale.Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and partner experience.Monitoring site health through daily audits like 4M, 5S, and inventory checks.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdditional preferred qualifications can be listed here.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
