We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and child-focused individual to support the Registered Manager in delivering outstanding care and creating a safe, supportive environment for the young people in our service.? About the Role:Full-time, 37 hours per weekon a rota basis (including weekends and sleep-in duties).Play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the home.Provide guidance and support to a team of residential care staff.Ensure the service meets the highest standards of care in line with Ofsted regulations.Foster a nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people to thrive.? Essential Requirements:NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People / Diploma in Social CareCurrentFirst Aid ,Fire Safety , andTeam Teach(or similar) certificatesExperience working with children in a social care settingSound understanding of the needs and behaviours of young peopleExperience supervising or managing staffStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCalm, flexible, and reflective approach to working with young peopleCommitted to safeguarding and professional standardsWilling to work unsociable hours and complete sleep-ins on a rota basis?
