This role provides a fantastic chance to be part of something special and to advance your career. Responsibilities Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times. Reducing stock loss by addressing causes of shrinkage and wastage. Minimizing replenishment costs by handling stock efficiently, ensuring proper product placement for sales rate, and maintaining accuracy and security in goods receiving. Collaborating with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales issues. Maintaining effective replenishment to ensure product availability for customers. Requirements Passion for delivering exceptional operational standards for customers. Flexibility in management style, adaptability, and enthusiasm for team management are essential. Excellent communication skills and some supervisory or management experience. Experience in food retailing is preferred but not mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
