About the Role Youll be responsible for managing a regional portfolio of student homes, overseeing everything from lettings and move-ins to maintenance coordination, compliance, and tenant experience. This is a hands-on role where youll be expected to keep things running smoothly and spot opportunities to improve how the portfolio performs. Key Responsibilities Manage lettings cycles, move-ins, and property handovers Oversee maintenance coordination, refurbishments, and presentation standards Handle escalated issues such as arrears, complaints, and council tax queries Support and liaise with internal teams, site staff, and regional leadership Onboard new properties into the portfolio and ensure compliance is maintained Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to your Regional Manager Contribute to the successful delivery of summer operations, including large-scale move-ins Suggest and support improvements to internal systems and processes What Were Looking For Experience managing student accommodation, BTR, HMO, or residential property portfolios Strong organisational and communication skills Able to manage multiple properties and tasks at once, particularly during peak seasons Detail-focused and confident using tech and property systems A proactive, calm, and solutions-oriented mindset Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential Why Apply?
