Compensation & Benefits Manager London - onsite 5 days a week 85,000 - 100,000 Join a Global Leader in Financial Services Were on the lookout for a talented Compensation and Benefits Manager to join a high-performing team within a leading, fast-paced financial services organisation. In this strategic and hands-on role, youll manage and enhance the remuneration framework across the UK and EMEA, providing data-driven insights and expert guidance to HR and business stakeholders. Youll lead cyclical compensation activities, support business decision-making with robust analysis, and ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant. What Youll Be Doing: Shape and continuously improve the reward strategy and framework. Manage annual remuneration reviews, benchmarking, and share plans. Provide expert advice on all compensation-related matters across the business. Conduct internal and external benchmarking and salary survey submissions. Ensure compliance with remuneration-related legislation and governance requirements. Lead benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and employee communication. Support payroll and HR operations with remuneration and benefits processes. Deliver complex data modelling and reporting for initiatives like gender equity pay reviews and incentive programs. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a reward and benefits role gained in a financial services or regulated environment. Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and benefits design. Previous experience of equity pay, LTIPs and share plans. Skilled in data analysis and HR metrics reporting. Experience managing benefit providers and leading cyclical compensation processes. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
