Their portfolio spans residential new build, mixed-use schemes, hospitals, and major university developments.They are currently seeking both a Senior Quantity Surveyor and a Commercial Lead to join their team on a flagship 250m+ student accommodation project in Exeter. This large-scale scheme includes seven buildings four high-rise, two low-rise new builds, and one major refurbishment with a three-year build programme and PCSA stage.Senior Quantity Surveyor 60k70kWere seeking a commercially astute and detail-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience on 50m+ projects for Tier 1 main contractors. Youll collaborate closely with construction and design teams, manage subcontractor accounts, and support the projects financial success from procurement through to final accounts.Key Responsibilities:Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and accountsPrepare cost/value reconciliations, CVRs and client valuationsMaximise margins while delivering value and maintaining qualityCollaborate across teams to ensure contractual and financial objectives are metIdeal Background:Tier 1 or reputable main contractor experienceStable UK career historyDegree qualified or equivalent (RICS / CIOB desirable)Previous experience on high-rise residential or student accommodation projectsCommercial Lead 90k110k + packageThis is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager or Deputy Commercial Director.
