Camino Search are delighted to be partnered with an investor backed technology business who are going through huge sustained growth. They have 10x revenue in the past 2 years and are looking to continue on this trajectory. They have a unique product and are looking to embark on an M&A journey. They are now looking to bring in a new Finance Manager into the finance function to bolster and support this high growth phase. We are looking for someone with a strong technical skillset alongside an ambitious drive to grow with the business. Key responsibilities: The management of the Finance team alongside the existing Finance Manager. Responsible for the timely and accurate production of management accounts. Review accounts and highlight errors to Financial Controller Collaborate with auditors and ensure the smooth running of group and local audits. Production of statutory accounts Help to improve and develop the finance function Produce the monthly board pack Ensure the team is collating brilliant data Create efficiencies in processes Essential background: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong management accounting experience Prior experience in an energy business (preffered) Strong academic background Strong interpersonal skillset Whats in it for you?
