This is a full time permanent position.Lead Installers duties:Carry out in-home technical surveys and heat loss calculations.Design high-quality ASHP systems for homes and small businesses, following MCS standards and best practiceManage and lead all on-site installationsAct as the face of the company on-site building trust with customers, clearly explaining the process, and ensuring a great experience throughoutHelp recruit and train new installation team members as we grow mentoring them to uphold our standardsLead Installers salary:4555K depending on experienceCompany van (or an allowance for using your own vehicle), tools, PPE and all the support you need to do your best workAn agile culture where we review every project to improve how we workOpportunities to grow into senior leadership as the company scalesWorkplace pension schemeRequirements:2 Years experience installing Air Source Heat PumpsAble to carry out technical surveys in domestic properties via an app and in-personBackground as a qualified Plumber / Gas Safe EngineerWorking knowledge of MCS standards and working practicesTPBN1_UKTJ
