Youll gain hands-on exposure in key operational areas, with options that include:Rotational roles across departments such as Food & Beverage and Front Office ideal for those seeking a broad base of experienceDirect entry into a supervisory position within a specific department (based on experience and fit)Youll work closely with departmental leaders, gradually taking on more responsibility and making a meaningful contribution to guest experiences while developing your own management skills.In addition, youll get to be part of our tailored development sessions led by our in-house Learning & Development team and Senior Leadership including sessions on Financial Management, Revenue, Recruitment & Selection, and Motivating Others. These will support your personal and professional growth as you progress within the collection.What youll needTo hold a degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related disciplineHave completed a 2648 week placement or internship as part of your studies or have significant operational experience gained during your studiesHave relevant experience working in a UK-based hotel or hospitality environmentBe passionate about delivering five-star service and creating memorable guest experiencesDemonstrate strong communication skills, a team-focused mindset, and a proactive approachShow a commitment to building a lasting career in the luxury hospitality industryWhat to expectFull-time role, working a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, shift patterns include early starts from 6am and late finishes up to 11pm and beyond.
