You'll be the first point ofleadership on the shop floor, overseeing around 60 team membersacross four whole bird lines. This is a critical role in ensuring smooth dailyoperations - from planning and staffing, to maintaining food safetystandards, hygiene compliance and continuous improvement. TheRole This isa fast-paced, frontline leadership role where you'll manage people,processes and performance across a high-volume chilled productionenvironment. That means: Ensuring staff are in place and lines areready by 5am Implementing daily productionplans and managing line resources Maintaininghigh standards of food safety, hygiene and GMPSupporting audits and acting as a key contact duringvisits Managing KPIs, waste control andcontinuous improvement initiatives What we're lookingfor Youdon't need experience - just the right attitude and approach. We'relooking for someone who: Is fluent in written and spoken English (essential fordocumentation and communication) Has strongattention to detail and organisational skillsIs a confident communicator, able to build trust and leada large team Can work proactively and staycalm under pressure Is flexible and reliable -happy to cover shifts or step in when neededIs comfortable working in a fast-paced chilled productionenvironment No prior experience required -full training and qualifications provided!
