This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in mechanical or process engineering planning, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Create, develop, and manage detailed project schedules across all phases: design, pre-construction, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioningSupport project managers in producing accurate, deliverable programme of works filesProduce labour histograms and detailed progress reports for internal and external stakeholdersMonitor and report on project progress, identifying risks or delays earlyWork cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnersEnsure adherence to planning procedures and company standardsAssist in identifying project delays or claims and support demonstration for resolutionContribute to organisational growth through planning support on new and existing projectsCandidate Profile:57 years experience in a planning role within the construction industry, specifically in mechanical/process engineeringProficient in Primavera P6, Asta, and Microsoft ProjectStrong problem-solving and organisational skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsConfident in negotiation, scheduling, and time managementComfortable using the Microsoft 365 suiteWhy Apply?Opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projectsClear path for career progression and professional developmentSupportive and collaborative company cultureStrong emphasis on quality, safety, and continuous improvementInterested?
