You will join a collaborative, inclusive culture where creativity, continuous improvement, and meaningful work are part of everyday life.Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid | 10 Days p/m onsite)Salary: Up to 65,000 + Bonus & Benefits Key Responsibilities :Supporting the design and delivery of risk management frameworks and trainingHelping teams confidently navigate their risk environmentsIdentifying and escalating emerging risks earlyPromoting a collaborative, risk-aware culture across the business Required Skills & Experience :Experience supporting or delivering risk frameworksBackground in financial services, ideally with Money products (loans, savings, credit cards, etc.)Exposure to risk or governance roles, preferably in regulated environmentsStrong communication skills and stakeholder confidenceLogical, evidence-based problem solverOrganised, proactive, and plan-oriented
