As part of this role your focus will be to lead, coordinate and deliver process improvement projects aligned to agreed business priorities. Your primary focus will be to deploy Operational Excellence into operations delivering value to the business and positive outcomes measured through safety, quality, cost and delivery indicators.Some of your key responsibilities within this role are:Lead and deliver continuous improvement activities to improve operational performance and enhance colleague capability in the use of key lean tools and techniquesDeliver tangible and validated financial savings through OpEx deliveryUse OpEx tools to deliver Right First Time principles into operationsLearn, share and adopt best practice with the wider dnata sitesAct as a mentor and coach for peers and high potential colleagues, ensuring there is a strong pipeline of succession.Support and coach operational leaders with their personal development accreditation programmes, particularly OpEx elements where applicableAbout YouWed love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think youd be able to perform well in this role!Experience of delivering Operational Excellence with data analysis to drive tangible results in dnata - or similar experience of delivering OpEx / Lean / C.I activities and outcomesExperience of leading, coaching, developing and mentoring a teamAbility to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentingGood IT skills with skills in Microsoft OfficeProven logical thinker with skills in understanding and interpreting dataAwareness of H&S standardsDesirableSix Sigma Green or Black Belt certifiedIdeally degree qualified but not essentialIf you believe your skills and experience align with what we're looking for, we encourage you to apply wed love to hear from you!
