This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to lead and develop the procurement function across the group.Key Responsibilities:Oversee direct and indirect spend across multiple sites.Develop and implement robust procurement processes and procedures.Ensure contract compliance and supplier performance standards are consistently met.Lead and develop a small procurement team, mentoring Buyers and supporting their professional growth.Create and maintain procurement documentation and project KPI templates.Ensure on-time delivery of materials and parts for both new and existing products in collaboration with key departments.Key Skills & Experience:Proven experience managing both direct and indirect procurement.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and under pressure in a structured, controlled manner.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.A proactive approach to continuous improvement within the procurement function.If this sounds like a role aligned with your skill-set and experience, please get in touch for a confidential discussion.
