This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a respected, dynamic team known for its approachable, personalised client service and strong local presence.The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.Location & working style this full-time role can be based in Aberdeen, Inverness, or Edinburgh with hybrid working options available.The Role:Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, outsourcing, and business transfersProviding day-to-day guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and performance issuesHandling collective employment matters such as redundancies, reorganisations, and TUPEAdvising on trade union relations and consultationsRepresenting clients in employment tribunal litigationYour responsibilities will also include managing your own caseload, supporting more complex matters alongside senior colleagues, and contributing to business development activities.You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, working with clients in person and remotely.
