Purpose To provide bottle requirements to production and to issue the necessary information to ensure forward planning of production and meeting customers requirements. Role goal is to ensure that there is a continuous supply of product available to customers.Production Planning Responsibilities (not limited to)Develop, update, and monitor the production plan to ensure customer requirements are met as required.Involvement in assessing stock levels and production performance.Provide stock lists to customers as requiredMonitoring and maintaining production figuresCompiling and monitoring Excel delivery schedulesInvoice of delivery notes and ensure all products are invoiced correctly.Credit notes and credit note log completed in line for month end requirementsLiaising with Production Manager / Supervisors for production requirements / priorities.Liaising with Warehouse / transport company for deliveries / discrepancies.
