Your remit will cover everything from risk analysis and performance monitoring to strategic planning and executive reporting. Youll be central to embedding the Group Risk Framework and driving a strong risk culture throughout the function.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with IT leadership to assess risks, develop scenario analyses, and implement risk remediation plansTrack risk exposure and advise on optimisation opportunitiesSupport the production of board-level risk reporting and MI in collaboration with central RiskEvaluate and monitor project-related risks and key control indicatorsLead periodic reviews of programs, roadmaps, and operational risk performancePartner with senior stakeholders to align risk activity with business strategy and good customer outcomesPromote continuity and resilience through secure and sustainable service deliveryPresent complex risk data and trends to senior management and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in risk awareness and control managementExperience RequiredProven experience in an IT Risk, Technology Risk, or Risk Business Partnering roleStrong knowledge of risk frameworks, performance metrics, and regulatory expectationsExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to translate complex risk data into clear, actionable insightsExperience within financial services or a regulated environment preferred
