As the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for overall project management and quality assurance to deliver and implement high-quality technology projects and products. The Head of Projects will collaborate and communicate with colleagues across the business, analyse and identify business requirements, plan delivery, structure a clear resolution plan, and implement it effectively and engagingly, including hand-over to the customers.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Own and deliver technology projects across the group in collaboration with the engineering teams, CITO, Head of Development, and cross-business teamsImplementation of "best practice" project management methodologies based on the team makeup and roadmap. Be the ScrumMasterPlay a critical role in driving new features and quality to ensure the robustness of products and technology servicesCreation of project plans, budgets, and regular reporting, including time, cost, and resource management in line with the customer and companys requirementsEnsure project progress is monitored, risks identified, and appropriate mitigation against non-delivery is invoked, including proper governance escalationsLead customer interactions from hand-over to commissioning and ensure customer satisfaction in the delivery phase and beyondIssue resolution with any third partyManage and support testing function to ensure all products are built to a high level of qualityCreate project documentation throughout the project lifecycleExperience:5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 of them in leading a projectmanagement capabilityAn understanding of digital software platformsExperience in project management approaches, principles, and methods, such as AgileSkills:Engineering background or qualificationA professional qualification in project management, such as APM (PMQ) or another recognised qualification (e.g., Prince2 or PMP)
