The Project Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design efforts, managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all designs adhere to relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks will include preparation of submittals, overseeing BIM processes, and ensuring LEED compliance. You will be joining projects at various stages.QualificationsProficiency in Submittals and Architecture skillsExperience in Project Management of architecture projects within the Data Centre space (essential)Knowledge and application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standardsUnderstanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM)Strong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work on-site in and around London managing multiple projects, that sometimes cross overBachelors degree in Architecture or a related fieldHigh level experience of RevitManaging a team - you will be experienced in leading a team in the right directionLiving in or around London you will be happy to attend local sites
