Creating budgets, liaising with clients, and supervising teams whilst maintaining quality control procedures and mitigating risks.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring compliance with all safety requirements on siteUndertaking the resource management and tracking of works on site to achieve the contract programme. Reporting on progress and developing corrective plans to stay on courseMaintaining accurate records of works on site, incorporating any delays to progress or changes to scope and ensuring these are elevated to the Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager expediently.Manage the training and competency of operatives on site, both internal and external.To be considered for the role you will have:Extensive experience in a senior site management role within the construction industryNVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or Equivalent Demonstrable experience of delivering large scale complex construction projectsSMSTS, CSCS (black card), and First Aid certifications (essential)Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skillsStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project financialsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to interpret technical drawings and plansDesirable:Degree in Construction Management or related field
