Due to an increase in work, this firm is seeking a skilled and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. The firm prides itself on high-quality work, a collaborative environment, and a strong reputation in the regional and national markets.Key Responsibilities:Handle a broad range of high-value and complex commercial property transactions.Manage a caseload including commercial leases/occupiers (grants, surrenders, assignments, LTA 1954 renewals), freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, grants of easements, options, overage, and property finance.Advise on conditional sale agreements, site assembly, ransom strips, sub-station leases, and promotion agreements.Act for landowners in sales to developers, demonstrating knowledge of developer requirements.Maintain and build strong client relationships, working closely with colleagues and external professionals.Provide advice and assistance within the team, fostering knowledge development.Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.Skills and Experience:Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE in a reputable firm.Strong technical expertise across a range of commercial property matters.Experience managing complex transactions and meeting time and billing targets.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Professional, organised, competent, and ambitious.Additional experience in agricultural property work is desirable.
