Key Responsibilities:-Be the expert in all Field Systems applications, providing support to operational staff and managers.-Deliver training on Field Systems applications, including the creation and maintenance of associated training materials.-Provide support to all Field Operations users, including initial training and early life support for field colleagues as well as refresher training for existing users.-Supporting NPg Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations and pilots.-Liaise with IT and service providers regarding faults, issues, functionality and improvement initiatives on Field Systems applications.-Assist with the design and production of digitised forms or mobile data capture processes.-Support various programmes such as BHE Transformation, Powerlink and any associated software or applications used by field colleagues.Key Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Works co-operatively and flexibly as part of a team Strong customer service skills, taking ownership and delivering solutions to internal customers Collaborative working, particularly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
