With a blend of strategic thinking and logistical flair, youll drive better planning, better communication, and ultimately, world-class delivery. International travel may be part of the role, so flexibility and a global mindset are essential.What Youll Be DoingLeading resource planning across Creative, Production and Project teamsAttending creative kick-offs and project meetings to understand and shape timelinesCreating and maintaining project plans and critical paths across departments and time zonesForecasting workloads and freelance needs, and proactively identifying capacity issuesUsing tools like Procim to produce reports and share insights with senior teamsSupporting project prioritisation and workload allocation across internal teamsPlaying a key role in process improvement, resourcing strategy, and freelancer recruitmentReporting on resourcing trends and project bottlenecks to senior leadershipWhat Were Looking For35+ years in a creative or experiential agency setting, in a similar Resource/Traffic/Project Ops roleStrong organisational and time management skills, with sharp attention to detailCalm, clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environmentsAble to manage cross-functional teams, multiple time zones, and shifting project scopesSkilled in project and resource management tools experience with Procim is a big plusA passion for live events, creative production, and delivering amazing workRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
